Job summary

The position includes outbound calling to identify client needs and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Essential duties cover handling complex and standard transactions, supporting sales processes, and adhering to controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with transactions and needs discovery.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
