Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to provide a distinctive client experience, handle transactions, and educate clients on digital banking.

You will support outbound client outreach, IRM activities, and cross-train for sales and service, with weekend and extended hours as needed. A competitive hourly base plus incentives and a full benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and thorough handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options to enhance service.
• Support outreach through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and pursue ongoing product knowledge.
