Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker to deliver quality client service and support branch operations. You will handle transactions, promote digital tools, and assist with outbound calls and IRM-related activities to meet clients’ financial needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and temporary assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy interacting with clients and prospects.
• Proficient PC keyboard and branch automation software skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions while maintaining accurate records and accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue knowledge to better serve consumers and business clients; attend training classes and e-learning.
• Follow internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies and stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; assist with products/services.
