Job summary

Truist Wealth in Forestville, MD is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker dedicated to delivering a distinctive client experience. The role emphasizes service excellence, cross-selling, and usage of digital banking tools to help clients manage their finances.

You will support branch operations, handle basic transactions, assist with account openings, and participate in scheduling that may require weekend hours. The position offers benefits for eligible teammates and a base hourly rate of $22–$26.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online & Mobile Banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and serve clients better.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
