Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker in Annapolis, MD to deliver timely client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital solutions, support sales outreach, and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, previous teller or service experience, and flexibility to work weekends. Base hourly rate is $22.00–$25.00 with additional incentive pay, across a regular part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and help with complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound calls, identifying client needs and referring to appropriate team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
