Job summary

Truist in Laurel, MD is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to provide timely client transactions and deliver superior service. You will support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities, helping clients identify needs and opportunities.

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in sales processes, and adhere to controls and risk policies while assisting with new accounts and service inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales with outbound client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training classes and web-based learning to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
