• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience while handling transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions like ATMs and online banking.
• Support sales with outbound calls and refer opportunities to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to increase product knowledge for clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
