Truist Bank in Maryland seeks a Part-Time Universal Banker to deliver friendly, high-quality service while handling teller transactions and supporting sales opportunities. You’ll educate clients on digital banking options and promote branch products to meet client needs.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment. Weekend/evening availability and travel to temporary staffing sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform complex and standardized transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs
• Promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training to advance knowledge
• Adhere to internal controls and policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
