Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator for KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY. You will handle training administration, onboarding tasks, and HR support to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes creating training programs, coordinating classes, supporting recruitment, and assisting new hires with paperwork and badges. Applicants should have experience in training admin roles and be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a training administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed.
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up.
• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging.
• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team.
