Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Event Day Suites Administrators at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY. The role involves clerical, financial processing, and secretarial duties to help the organization run efficiently.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Responsibilities include answering phones, screening emails, balancing end-of-night financials, and providing basic suite-level support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office position.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of interpersonal skills for confidential contexts.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails, screen callers, and manage documents.
• Provide basic administrative support for the suite level, balance end-of-night financials, assist with suite holder questions, and close-out POS tasks.
• Perform routine clerical duties such as sorting mail, making copies, and mailing letters.
