Job summary

Boston Express is seeking a part-time Ticket Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our Nashua, NH terminal team. You will handle ticketing transactions on Windows-based systems, assist travelers, and provide friendly, efficient service in a busy environment.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, independent work with occasional teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Training is provided, and employees receive PTO and free bus rides.

Qualifications

• Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work independently and in a team when needed.
• Able to stand for long periods in a terminal environment.

Responsibilities

• Make callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated.
• Complete transactions quickly and accurately using Windows-based ticketing systems.
• Perform light cleaning between bus schedules to keep Nashua terminal tidy.
• Sell tickets, handle cash drawer, and assist passengers with information.
