Job summary

Boston Express in Salem, NH is hiring a part-time ticket agent and customer service representative to help travelers feel welcome and supported. You will complete transactions on Windows-based ticketing systems and perform light terminal upkeep between bus schedules.

This role requires working afternoon/evening shifts (12:00 pm - 5:30 pm) with some weekend and holiday availability; prior success in independent work and teamwork when needed is essential.

Qualifications

Part-time role: 15–20 hours per week, 3–4 shifts
Afternoon/evening schedule 12:00 pm–5:30 pm
Must be willing to work Saturdays/Sundays and holidays

Responsibilities

Sell tickets and handle cash drawer
Assist callers and travelers, direct passengers
Complete transactions on Windows-based ticketing computers
Light cleaning duties between bus schedules
Provide excellent customer service
