Job summary

Boston Express in Nashua, NH is seeking part-time Ticket Agents / Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The role involves assisting callers and travelers, processing transactions on Windows-based ticketing systems, and performing light cleaning between schedules.

Shifts are 15-20 hours per week, 3-4 afternoons/evenings (12:00 pm–5:30 pm) with Saturday/Sunday and holiday availability required. The job is not remote.

Qualifications

• Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Part-time 15-20 hours per week.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with Windows-based ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet callers and travelers and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.
• Process ticket transactions on Windows-based ticketing systems.
• Perform light cleaning duties between bus schedules.
• Provide friendly customer service and information to passengers.
