Job summary

Boston Express is seeking a part-time Customer Service/Ticket Agent in North Londonderry, NH. Early morning shifts from 3am to 11am, 20-25 hours across 3-4 shifts per week. Some Saturday/Sunday/holiday availability is a must.

You will operate Windows-based ticketing systems, sell tickets, handle cash, and provide friendly, patient customer service on our busy terminal. Training is provided and PTO accrues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate ticketing software and handle cash accurately.
• Early morning availability and weekend/holiday openness required.

Responsibilities

• Make callers and travelers feel welcome and taken care of.
• Complete transactions quickly and accurately on Windows-based systems.
• Perform light cleaning duties between bus schedules and maintain a neat terminal.
