Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking a Customer Service Administrator 1 in South Houston, TX for a part-time role. You will handle clerical tasks, scanning bills, gate duties, cashiering, and receptionist work while supporting dispatch and service center operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass background checks and drug tests, and at least 6 months of related office experience. Shift: Third shift; pay ranges from $17.85 to $22.51 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check and alcohol/drug test must be passed.
• 6 months of related experience or office experience.
• Strong customer relations and communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties to support Service Center operations.
• Scan bills and load into company computer system.
• Pickup bills in routing office and deliver to dock.
• Assist Linehaul Dispatch when needed.
• Welcome drivers at the gate and collect driver/freight information.
• Balance daily cash report and prepare bank deposits.
• Provide daily phone coverage via switchboard.
• Greet applicants and collect completed applications.
• Direct visitors and truckers around the facility.
