Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Administrator 2 to perform intermediate clerical duties supporting the Service Center. You will respond to calls, schedule deliveries, assist drivers, and enter data into the system.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months related experience, strong customer relations and computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Outlook and Excel is preferred. First Shift.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience or office experience.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and inform customers about shipment status.
• Schedule delivery appointments and assist drivers with issues.
• Enter shipment and load data into the system and assist with payroll tasks.
• Provide clerical support to Service Center managers and assist with recruiting and training.
