Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines in South Houston, TX seeks a Customer Service Administrator 1 to support Service Center operations with clerical duties, driver check-in, gate office tasks, and reception responsibilities.

You will scan bills, balance cash, prepare deposits, and provide daily switchboard coverage while assisting Linehaul Dispatch when others are away. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass background check and alcohol/drug test.
• 6 months related or office experience.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties to support Service Center operations.
• Scan and load bills into the company computer system.
• Assist in driver check-in and gate office activities.
• Balance daily cash reports and prepare deposits.
• Provide daily phone coverage via switchboard and greet visitors.
• Support Linehaul Dispatch when others are unavailable.
• Direct visitors and truckers to appropriate areas.
