Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager at our Tacoma, WA location. This role supports the General Manager, trains staff, and oversees multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational standards.

You will participate in Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and help drive a positive guest experience while maintaining high standards of safety and service across the theatre.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program or willingness to complete it.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles
• Participates in cross-department operations across the theatre
• Ensures guest service excellence and handles cash accurately
• Maintains cleanliness, safety and compliance with Cinemark guidelines
• Executes reporting and administrative tasks for the General Manager
• Identifies and resolves issues with a sense of urgency
