Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and maintain high standards of guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will be cross-trained across departments, train staff, and assist in reporting and administrative tasks to the General Manager.

The role offers potential progression to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Must complete basic food handling training and obtain required local health certifications.
• Alcohol service training when applicable.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and guest service focus.
• Strong cash handling and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.
• Conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager's direction and support staff communication.
• Assist in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect facilities and report repairs as needed.
• Enforce dress code and safety policies.
• Ensure superior guest service and timely responses to issues.
• Enforce Cinemark Guidelines and reporting protocols.
