Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations and ensure policy adherence. You will support all departments, coach team members, and help prepare reports for the General Manager.

The role offers cross-training, advancement through the Management Accreditation Program, and a path to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager or General Manager after six months in the program and performance. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate required.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and local/state certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support decisions.
• Work in all departments and train team members.
• Coach and lead team members in their functions.
• Ensure policy adherence and safety standards.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
