The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and safety compliance, with opportunities for advancement through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and a path to Senior Assistant Manager or Theater Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local or state required certifications.
• If handling alcohol, Safe Alcohol Service training is required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Cross-train in all departments to support operations and supervisors.
• Train and coach team members in their job functions and service standards.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Maintain guest service quality and uphold dress code and safety standards.
