Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily theatre operations and guest experiences. You will train staff, enforce policies, and coordinate across departments to ensure top service and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are18+, with flexible availability, and completed Management Accreditation Program. The role offers growth potential toward senior roles as part of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation path.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program: Foundations, Certifications, MAP Core.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior customer service.
• Ensures theatre policies and procedures are followed and standards met.
• Reports safety and maintenance issues to the General Manager.
• Addresses employee relations issues per reporting protocol.
• Performs duties across all theatre departments as needed.
• Supports in preparation of administrative and special reports.
