Cinemark USA, Inc. Assistant Manager role to help run theatre operations and ensure policy adherence. You will be cross-trained across departments and participate in the Management Accreditation Program to advance to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager.

You will train team members, supervise daily activities, coach staff, and maintain high standards of guest service, safety and reporting. A strong team environment and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state mandates.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in all theatre departments and support operations.
• Train and coach team members in their jobs.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.
• Enforce dress code and maintain safety standards.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Report building/equipment repairs to the GM.
