Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains required certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to lead teams and train employees.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager and communicate decisions to staff.
• Work in all departments and support theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitor safety, PPE use, and facility conditions.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolve issues promptly.
