Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager at Cinemark Tinseltown Grapevine. You will assist in theatre operations, train staff, and support the General Manager. This role requires leadership, strong guest service, and compliance with policies across departments.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and willing to complete Cinemark accreditation and food-handling training. Flexible availability, energy, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program basic courses.
• Food handling training and any local/state certifications when required.
• Alcohol service training if applicable.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with guests.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsabilités

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support decisions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Assist in administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Provide superior customer service and strive for guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across departments.
• Address employee relations issues per Cinemark guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and proper PPE usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
