Role requires flexible hours, strong guest service focus, and leadership through coordinated teams. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and delivering a memorable movie-going experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Must complete required food handling training and any local/state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows the General Manager's direction and supports staff communication.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures proper dress code and delivers superior guest service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies with fairness and consistency.
• Maintains high work ethic and code of conduct among management.
