Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations. You will work across departments, support the General Manager, and help deliver outstanding guest service.

Through the Management Accreditation Program you can advance toward Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager. The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to train others while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) within Cinemark’s MAP Core courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Support the General Manager and communicate decisions to staff.
• Ensure guest service standards and dress code compliance.
• Report maintenance, safety, and security issues to General Manager.
