You will train team members, coach staff, and prepare reports for the General Manager while maintaining guest service excellence and safety standards. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program: Foundations, Certifications, MAP Core.

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre across departments.
• Coach and train team members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service standards and dress code compliance.
