Cinemark USA, Inc. in Reno is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, uphold policies, and deliver great guest service.

You’ll be cross-trained in all departments, coach team members, prepare reports, and help maintain safety, cleanliness and the guest experience. Through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, this role offers growth toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions with staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports.
• Ensures guest service is high quality and policies are followed.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and proper dress code across theatre.
