Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in the daily operation of the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards met.

You will be cross-trained across departments and mentored through the Management Accreditation Program to advance toward Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager roles. Responsibilities include coaching team members, preparing reports, maintaining safety, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local certifications.
• Fluent English and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in theatre operations and enforce policies.
• Train and lead Team Members.
• Coordinate in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Prepare administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of the theatre.
