Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations across departments, ensuring policy adherence and high guest service. You’ll support the General Manager, train staff, and assist in reporting and safety compliance.

The role leads to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program. Excellent communication, teamwork, and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and local certifications if required.
• Ability to communicate in English and provide guest service.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Assist in administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve conflicts.
• Cover all theatre departments as needed.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
