Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to accuracy and detail; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Identify opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with audits, custodianship and other operational tasks.
• Keep a clean and organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.
