Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with banking needs and processing transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and welcoming branch environment.
• Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations as needed.
