You will process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and adhere to risk controls. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a high school diploma or GED, with cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area; support nearby branches as needed.
