Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions, and support branch operations. The role emphasizes risk awareness, compliance with policies, and opportunities to cross-sell financial products to customers.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience. Availability to work weekends and evenings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.
