Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience
• 6+ months customer service experience
• Ability to follow bank policies and procedures

• Comfortable using digital tools to assist customers

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing banking needs
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
• Maintain an organized cash drawer and balance cash daily
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and risk management procedures
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products to customers
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools
• Support nearby branches as needed
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work environment
