Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with banking needs to minimize wait times.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Handle cash and maintain balanced cash drawer.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
• Educate customers on self-service tools and digital options.
• Assist with audits, custodianship, and operational tasks.
• Keep the work area clean and welcoming for customers.
• Responsibilities may extend to nearby branches as needed.
