• Comfortable using digital tools to engage customers.

• Ability to work weekend/evening branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Follow bank policies, procedures and risk controls to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
• Engage customers and teach self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming branch environment.
• Support nearby branches as needed.
