Job summary

Sky Zone Roanoke is seeking a Team Lead to join our Operations team on a part-time, onsite basis. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when leaders aren’t on site to keep the park running smoothly.

You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and daily park readiness while supporting key departments in a fast-paced indoor entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive operations or guest-facing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as MOD when needed and ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coach team members to deliver Sky Zone WOW service.
• Oversee parties, events, and park programs; manage scheduling and upsell opportunities.
• Support across departments (Sales, Parties, F&B, Facilities) to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and park cleanliness are followed.
