Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Fosters a culture of strong communication and teamwork between operations, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular touch-bases with direct reports.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail to ensure a premium customer experience.
