Responsibilities

• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Fosters communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals and sets goals with direct reports.
