Tecovas is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to build a strong, customer-focused team and manage total store operations. You will support recruitment, store performance, and customer experience while maintaining brand standards and loss-prevention practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering a premium shopping experience with attention to product presentation and omni-channel service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Management experience.
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection.
• Demonstrates exemplary service and acts as a brand ambassador reflecting company values.
• Facilitates an energized pace and a positive service environment for team development.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail such as branding, debossing, boot shaping, and boot shines.
