Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Management experience.
• Must be available to work 15‑20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
• Maintain succession planning and team development.
• Foster communication and teamwork to balance operations, visuals and customer priorities.
• Administer performance appraisals and set goals with direct reports.
