You will support product flow, merchant skills, and customer service to curate a premium shopping environment with a focus on brand values and omni-channel processes. Weekend/evening availability and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experience coaching, counseling and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Fosters a culture of strong communication and teamwork for balanced priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Delivers an extraordinary brand experience through product knowledge and premium service.
