Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to drive a profitable, customer-centric store experience. You will build a high-performing team, support the Store Manager with recruiting and coaching, and oversee total store operations to ensure premium service.

You will lead leadership, customer experience, visual and operational standards, and loss prevention while upholding brand values. Weekend/evening availability is required; 15–20 hours per week; $19/hr.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experience coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts touch-bases with direct reports.
• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection.
• Demonstrates extraordinary service and acts as a brand ambassador reflecting company values.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail for premium customer experience.
• Understands an OMNI Channel business and utilizes tools to service the customer.
• Facilitates sharing of product knowledge and upholds stock-to-sales processes.
• Maintains store structure, floor plan, fixture usage and compliance with shipments.
