Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to join our store team in New York. You will assist with front end leadership, ensure fast and friendly checkouts, train staff, and uphold the Five Below SOPs to wow customers and drive sales.

You will oversee cash handling, store cleanliness, and assist in managing associates, with emphasis on delivering exceptional service and achieving CSAT targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Experience in customer service and leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and leading the front end.
• Achieve CSAT score goals set by District Manager.
• Lead Front End Operations and oversee store cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
• Train staff on High Fives of Customer Service and brand standards.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and POS operations.
• Drive store sales while controlling expenses and assisting payroll within budget.
