Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support Lead (Part-Time) in Erie, PA to help steer front-end operations, coach associates, and wow customers with fast, friendly service. You’ll assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager, manage cash handling, and help maintain a top-tier store environment.

You should have strong communication skills, a minimum of one year in a leadership role, and be comfortable multi-tasking in a busy retail setting while driving sales and local KPIs.
