Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, owning store operations, staff management, and urgent issue resolution.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash security, doors, alarms and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and stock recovery; performs routine maintenance.
