You will train crew, assist with receiving and stocking, and serve as Manager on Duty as needed, ensuring secure, efficient opening/closing and adherence to policies. The role supports onboarding, drives sales, and collaborates with the leadership team to optimize merchandising and staff performance while maintaining a welcoming, WOW customer

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Train crew on BE.S.T. customer service and checkout experience.
• Assist receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, manage cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and world recovery.
