Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers; trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
